Co - Workspace

February 2019

I was asked by the fantastic Alpine Co Working team to join the project for a conversion of the Legler campus in Glarus. It was the first factory in Switzerland with electricity to run their textile production, was the largest jeans manufacturer in Europe in the 1970ies and stood empty since it’s closure in 2001. The plan is to change it into a co-work and retreat place with a 60-bedroom- hotel, offices, restaurant, event hall, lounge, bar, restaurant and even a spa area. There is still a hydro power station feeding 1’500 households in the neighbourhood and an amazing surrounding for all sort of downhill sports!
